Attended San Jose Beauty College and San Jose State at the same time in 1969.  Worked my way through college and then toured with Vidal Sassoon for 8 weeks and received advanced training in color and haircutting.  Began work in 1969 at Misas Beauty Salon, working there for the next 11 years.  In October of 1981 opened her own own salon in San Jose. In 2001, opened Belleza Salon and Spa in the Evergreen area. 

In business for 37 years, and active in my community.
